Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% delighted with the color or size of Zallure product or about quality problems.Please feedback the information to return, refunds or exchange said garments,within 7 days after receipt of the goods. The reasons that we will accept for return and refund are:

①There is a manufacturing fault with the garment, for example the stitching is coming undone.Please provide real photos of products with quality problems.

②The item has been lost or damaged in transit. If the item is lost or damaged, through no fault of our own, whilst winging its way to you – or back to us for an exchange or refund. We do however welcome you to contact us (zallure@lanthy.com) and we will do our best to help you and take it up with the relevant postage company.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order,Zallure will endeavour to make you get your items as soon as possible.Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order on receipt of full payment.International orders are generally delivered within 3-15 working days,depending on your location. As for the Free Shipping , it takes 15-40 working days.
